The TARGET Adult Train 2 Employ programme is a 12-week training and support package designed for adults aged 18+ who are passionate about working with young people.

This structured and supportive programme includes:
– A suite of online CPD-certified courses
– Essential training in safeguarding and first aid
– A fully funded DBS check
– Mentored volunteer sessions to build confidence and experience
– Guidance on understanding policies and procedures in youth settings

Throughout the programme, participants receive tailored mentoring, practical support, and real-life experience in working with young people. In some cases, successful participants may also be offered paid opportunities upon completion.

Upon successful completion, all participants receive:
– A reference reflecting their engagement and achievements
– Ongoing employment support to help secure roles in education, youth work, or related fields
